These darker slats are more sensitive to friction and heat and can become damaged over time. To address this issue, we have integrated a protective feature into our Re-Flex lock, adding an anti-marking function.
A clear connection between the tube and the roller shutter slat.
Zurflüh-Feller produces over 3,000 km of tubes per year. Mastery of this manufacturing process has allowed us to enhance our ZF54 tube by adding a new row of slots.
This new row ensures optimal positioning of the Re-Flex lock on the tube, improving rolling in certain configurations.
Designed for use with the ZF54 tube, this new product will be available in an 8 slat version. Compatibility with the 14 slat version will be possible with the addition of a removable profile.

A certified lock with simplified procedures:
To support our certified customers, we have initiated pre-qualification procedures with CSTB. Customers using the new Re-Flex lock can request an extension of their certification by contacting CSTB directly by mail.
This monobloc lock is designed with closed hinges and aluminum pins to ensure strength and durability.
Re-Flex is mounted axially by sliding into the tube slots. Its direct attachment requires no additional parts. This new quick-mounting system saves time for installers and manufacturers.
Available in France starting in early June.
